SE&A is responsible for the US business activities of the Siemens A&D and I&S groups. Russwurm has headed the Electromedical Systems Division of Siemens Medical Solutions since 1999 and currently manages Siemens Elema AB in Solna, Sweden.

Siegfried Russwurm was born in 1963 in Marktgraitz, Germany. After studying production engineering, he received his doctorate in 1991 at the University of Nuremberg/Erlangen.
