Drive Upgrade Package for Paper Converting

CNC Design have developed sophisticated drive control systems for high speed paper rewinders. These are suitable either for upgrading existing machinery or new machines.

Application completed by our engineering team include 2 drum rewinders with a line speed up to 2000m/min and unwind drive power up to 600kW.

The soluton based on Siemens AC Drives (MASTERDRIVE VC/MC) or DC Drives (SIMOREG 6RA70) in conjunction with Siemens SIMATIC PLC and HMI.
